Return Procedure

 

Customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling us at 800-272-7771.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for returning or exchanging product purchased from AMG. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Any return or exchange without the RMA number will NOT be accepted. AMG reserves the right to refuse any return due to expired RMA number, no RMA number on shipping label or incomplete items including any packaging.

For your protection, we recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery and tracking number. Recommended carriers include UPS, FedEx and Airborne. All items must be 100% complete and in "good as new" conditions. Returned items must be enclosed in the same packaging as they were received.

If product arrives damaged, save the product and the original packaging, notify the AMG Customer Service immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. All items are eligible for a full refund, less shipping costs, unless stated in writing at time of sale.
